Returns and Exchanges

At BebeBums we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If product does not meet your expectations upon delivery we will offer you a full refund or an in store credit.

At BebeBums we assure that the product we send out is of top quality. If you find a defect in your diapers please contact us right away. We will then arrange for an exchange or refund of the product. Please check the diapers closely before washing them. BebeBums does not accept any returns of worn or washed diapers.

Merchandise must be returned in new, unsoiled, unscented, unwashed and unworn condition. It must be in the same condition as when received and must be in saleable condition.

Bebebums.com will offer you a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping charges. Product exchanges due to manufacturing defect will be fully replaced with no extra cost to the customer.

You must contact us before returning a product. Once you do so we will provide you with a tracking code that you can reference in your returned package.
